Refund and Returns Policy

At ZUNA Designs, every piece is carefully handmade with intention and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, please carefully review our return policy before placing an order.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged upon delivery
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product has a major manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You must provide clear photos of the issue

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and often made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (these are natural characteristics of handmade clay pieces)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Please note: slight variations make each ZUNA piece unique.


3. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours
  2. Send clear photos of:
    • The damaged item
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label

After review, we will offer either:

  • A replacement (if available)
  • Store credit
  • Or a refund (depending on the case)

4. Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake, we cover the return shipping cost.
  • If approved for other exceptional reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  • After production begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.
  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production starts.

7. International Orders (Outside Lebanon)

For international shipments:

  • Customs fees and duties are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
